FG: 1.000 and bottling

I brewed a saison that I've had sitting. Going to bottle it for NHC, tested the gravity and looks like it's at 1.000. Will that be a problem for bottle conditioning or should I buy some bottle conditioning yeast?

I can't imagine that it'll be a problem. Of course it doesn't hurt to add some more yeast if you're worried.

I'd be much more worried about bottling for NHC and having time to carb. According to Brian they're going to be kept cold, so I don't see how it'll get carbed in time if it's not bottled yet.

I'm nervous about it as well. My plan is to drop them off as close to the deadline as possible. I did bottle them. If I have to I'll keg it and do a super quick carb and bottle it from there. Fingers crossed!
