We retired our old homemade brewing system (may she rest in piece-s) this last weekend, and enjoyed the system that Tony was selling last October Bayou 800-416 (6 pc 16-gal, w/false bottom, Bazooka'd drain, immersion chiller, lots of other stuff) - worked like a champ. We can "properly" brew INSIDE during the winter, now!


Trish used it to make her first beer recipe - Can't wait to taste it.

Awesome, congrats!

I have ZERO regrets going to an indoor all-in-one setup. Previously I had a two-tier, outdoor-only system. Couldn't brew in winter, or when it was raining, didn't enjoy brewing in the summer.

Well you could....you would just look like a a drowned rat under a pop up tent like Bob Ray and I used to do. Wasn't long till brew days were moved to Bob's garage or mine lol ..but I don't miss the 3 vessel setup. I like my laundry room brewzilla brew days now.
