Just read that Brewery 33 has filed for bankruptcy and is seeking investors to avoid forclosure. Its a tough business model to make a big investment in equipment that that gives you little more than the ability to run a bar, but one limited only to what you make.

Hahaha. I'm not alone. I am not offended nor do i want to diminish the great accomplishment of 2 of our better club brewers. I look to competition to help see where I can improve. Not for ribbons, but for personal enjoyment and some measurement of improvement. So far (only 5 under my belt)...

Thought this was an appropriate thread to post some information (videos) I have come across that provide valuable information and tips on how to enter competitions. This one done last year by More Beer! talks about bottling tips for entries. The comment about NOT sanitizing the O2 barrier caps...
