    I got a SS Brewtech "brewmaster edition" bucket when fermented closed. I used it once or twice. I noticed when draining to a keg that it sucks in all the liquid from the air lock.     Hi John. Omega Packs have more cells so if it is pretty fresh and your OG isn't too high I would say roll with it a Pilsner should be fine. I lager a lot and I use mostly dry yeast like 34/70. For 10 gallons I usually use 3 packs and get good results. If I am pitching fresh yeast I pitch...

    I have seen that but never used it. It has been around for quite a while even while Belle was still around. I think it is different though because Belle is still availabe in 500g bricks.
