Caramel Aromatic

If this is Weyermann Caraaroma, it's absolutely delicious. Fish accidentally put a sack into the regular aromatic malt bin @ PHO a couple of years ago and I fell in love with it and use it in a lot of my amber/brown/black beers.

It's not particularly sweet, rather it's dry and toasty -- I describe it as Strohmann's bread crust flavor (which I adore!). Similar to Special B, but without the dark fruit character.
